Termini tas-Servizz u Kodiċi ta’ Kondotta

Governed by the Laws of the Republic of Malta. All financial terms and subscriptions are denominated in Euros (€).

1. Role of Malta Trade Quote

Malta Trade Quote operates an introduction marketplace connecting homeowners and property managers across Malta and Gozo with independent tradespeople. Malta Trade Quote is not a construction contractor or employer of the tradespeople listed; contracts for works are formed directly between the homeowner and the chosen tradesperson.

2. Homeowner Terms (Free & No Obligation)

Posting genuine residential or commercial job requests in Malta and Gozo is 100% free for homeowners. Submitting a job carries no obligation to accept any quote received. Homeowners agree to provide accurate locality and scope details and to treat visiting tradespeople with courtesy.

3. Trade Partner Subscriptions & Zero Commission

Tradespeople may register on the Starter Plan (€0/month, up to 2 leads/month), Professional Plan (€29/month excl. VAT, unlimited leads), or Team Plan (€59/month excl. VAT, up to 5 team members). Malta Trade Quote charges 0% commission on quotes or completed works. Subscriptions may be cancelled or downgraded at any time prior to the next monthly billing date.

4. Licensing, Safety & Quoting Standards in Malta

Tradespeople warrant that they hold all statutory licences required under Maltese law for the works they quote — including REWS Wireman Licence A or B for fixed electrical installations, EU F-Gas certification for refrigerant handling, and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) registrations for masonry and construction works. All quotes provided to homeowners must be written clearly in Euros (€) and specify whether 18% Maltese VAT is included.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malta and Gozo, without prejudice to consumer dispute resolution rights under the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA).
