• Homeowners Posting a Job: Full name, email address, Maltese telephone/mobile number (+356), locality/postcode in Malta or Gozo, and job description. Processed under Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a pre-contractual request) and Article 6(1)(a) (explicit consent) to introduce you to up to 3 vetted local tradespeople.
• Tradespeople Registering a Profile: Full name, trading name, contact details, Malta VAT number, and statutory licence numbers (e.g. REWS Wireman Licence A/B or BCA registration). Processed under Article 6(1)(b) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in verifying trade credentials).

3. How Homeowner Contact Details Are Shared

We never publish homeowner phone numbers or email addresses publicly. When you post a job, your contact details are released exclusively to a maximum of three (3) vetted tradespeople covering your Maltese or Gozitan locality so they can provide quotes in Euros (€).

4. Your Rights Under EU GDPR & Maltese Law

Under the GDPR and the Malta Data Protection Act (Cap. 586), you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
